Blow In/Batting/Waterproofing Technician

Technician Position at Builders Installed Products of VTCompensation range: $18.00–$25.00, based on experience. Builders Installed Products of VT is seeking dedicated Technicians, both experienced and new, to join our expanding Insulation Division located in Westmoreland, NH!Key Responsibilities:Be able to work in an environment that is always changingMust be willing to be trained in multiple applications of installationsLoading and logging materials onto a truckDrill and fills from interior or exteriorHanging insulweb fabric for Thermal WallsLoading blown-in machinesErecting ladders and scaffoldsCheck density in wall areasInstall fiberglass, mineral wool and timber battsInstall air sealing products like caulking and can foamSpraying/Troweling/rolling waterproofing products onto different substratesPreferred Qualifications:Lift Certification for Boom Lifts (Not Required)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience with exterior/interior paintingValid driver's license and clean driving record requiredWork in tight places or in high placesLift a minimum of 50 lbsClimb ladders and scaffoldingFrequently bend, twist, and turn body at shoulders, waist, and kneesWestmoreland NH: Reliable commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Physical Demands:This role involves installing various insulation products, performing drill-and-fill applications, applying waterproofing materials, checking insulation density, and working from ladders or scaffolding in both interior and exterior environments. The position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, and working in confined or elevated spaces, along with lifting up to 50 pounds and using hand tools that require manual dexterity. Work occurs in changing indoor and outdoor conditions with exposure to temperature variations, dust, noise, and insulation materials, with required use of PPE.
