Job Title: Clinical Site Manager (Research Associate) Location: Parsippany, NJ (Hybrid/Office-based options) Client: Global Life Sciences & Clinical Research Leader Are you an organized clinical research professional looking to take the next step in site management? We are currently representing a prestigious, world-leading clinical solutions provider seeking a dedicated Research Associate to join their team in New Jersey. This is a pivotal role where you will act as the primary bridge between the study protocol and the clinical site, ensuring that life-changing medical research is conducted with the highest levels of integrity and accuracy. The Role: As a Research Associate, you will oversee the full lifecycle of site management. Your primary focus will be ensuring that clinical sites adhere to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ICH/GCP guidelines. Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision: Execute the full range of site visits, including selection, initiation, routine monitoring, and final close-outs. Recruitment Strategy: Partner with clinical sites to develop and track patient enrollment plans, ensuring study timelines stay on track. Training & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for site staff, providing essential protocol training and resolving ongoing project issues. Data Integrity: Review and verify Case Report Forms (CRFs) and ensure the Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site Files (ISF) are accurate and audit-ready. Quality Assurance: Monitor site practices for compliance, escalating any quality concerns or deviations through the proper channels. Administrative Management: Maintain detailed visit reports, follow-up correspondence, and, where required, assist with site financial tracking and invoicing. What We’re Looking For: Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, life science, or healthcare-related field is highly preferred. Regulatory Knowledge: A solid grasp of ICH-GCP guidelines and local clinical research regulations. Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using mobile technology (iPad/iPhone) for field reporting. Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills; you must be able to communicate complex protocol requirements clearly to diverse stakeholders. Professionalism: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage your time and project finances effectively. Annualized Salary Range: $47,400 - $169,300 (Base pay is determined by experience, specialized skills, and qualifications).
