• Work across two hospital locations with diverse scheduling options.
• Provide 100% inpatient care, including 50% in critical care settings.
• Manage a patient load of 15-16 daily, with 2-4 admissions and 2-4 critical care cases.
• Perform essential procedures such as bronchoscopy, ventilator management, chest tube insertion, and central line placement.
• Available shifts in the ICU from 7 AM to 7 PM, including call coverage.
• Receive ICU call support from a telehealth company at one location.
• Experience light call volume with infrequent after-hours callbacks.

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Hourly pay ranges from $220.00 to $250.00.
• Compensation estimates may vary based on factors such as the urgency of the position, your experience, and qualifications.
• All rates are inclusive, combining base pay with potential earnings from overtime, call, and holiday work.
