In this position, you will expertly assist clients through the complexities of purchasing, selling, and leasing properties, providing knowledgeable and attentive support. Your expertise and commitment will play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Work closely with clients to thoroughly understand their real estate goals and requirements. Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover valuable properties and identify new trends. Support clients during negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes. Create and showcase comprehensive property listings and marketing collateral. Keep up-to-date with the latest real estate regulations and legal developments. Foster and sustain strong connections with clients and industry partners. Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis. Host a minimum of two open houses each month. Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments. Engage in weekly script rehearsals following team guidelines. Actively take part in team events and initiatives as required. Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls. Advise buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in home selection. Prepare and negotiate purchase offers for clients. Monitor and document activities and client information using PLACE Technology. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in real estate or a related sector. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently. Possession of a valid real estate license is preferred. Team player. Seasoned Licensed realtor. Newly Licensed realtor. In School to obtain a realtor license. Learning based, growth-minded. Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
