Administrator On Duty “We dedicate our lives to caring for yours” Position Description: House Supervisor / Administrator On Duty BayCare Health System is currently seeking an Administrator On Duty to join our outstanding and compassionate Nursing Administration team at BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel. Responsibilities Coordinating the day to day operations by acting as a liaison with all departments. Collaborating with the nursing teams, the House Supervisor is integral in balancing staffing on a shift by shift basis, reallocating resources as census and acuity demand and facilitates patient placement. Acting as a resource for problem solving and keeps Directors, Managers, and Administrators informed as appropriate to the circumstances. Qualifications Certifications and Licensures: BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required RN (Registered Nurse) license is required ACLS Certification is required Nurse Specialty certification is preferred Education: Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred Experience: 3 years of RN experience in acute care.
