TheSeniorManagerofQAComplianceisresponsiblefordeveloping,implementing,andcontinuouslyimprovingthecompany’sQualityManagementSystem(QMS).Thisroleensuresthatmanufacturingandoperationalprocessescomplywithapplicableregulatoryrequirements,industrystandards,andinternalqualityprocedures.Thispositionoverseesqualitysystems,includingCAPA,deviations,changecontrol,documentcontrol,auditprograms,andvalidationactivities.Therolepartnerscross-functionallywithManufacturing,SupplyChain,andProductDevelopmenttomaintaincomplianceandstrengthenqualityprocesses. ThispositionreportstotheDirectorofQuality. KeyResponsibilities QualitySystemsManagement Ownandmaintainthecompany’sQualityManagementSystem(QMS)includingqualitypolicies,procedures,anddocumentationstandards. OverseedocumentcontrolandensurecompliancewithGoodDocumentationPractices(GDP). QualityPrograms Managecorequalitysystemprocesses,including: Non-ConformanceReports(NCR) CorrectiveandPreventiveActions(CAPA) Deviationsandinvestigations ChangeControl Productreworkandretrieval(mockrecall) Audit&Compliance Leadtheinternalauditprogramandcoordinateexternalaudits,includingISO,GMP,andcustomeraudits. Ensureauditreadinessanddrivecorrectiveactionsfromauditfindings. Qualification&Calibration Manageequipmentqualificationactivities,includingIQ,OQ,andPQ. Overseeequipmentcalibrationandvalidationdocumentation. RegulatoryCompliance Maintainknowledgeofapplicableregulationsandindustrystandards. EnsureoperationalprocessesremaincompliantwithGMP,ISO,andregulatoryrequirements. QualityImprovement Monitorqualitysystemmetricsandidentifyopportunitiesforcontinuousimprovement. Supportrisk-basedqualityinitiativesacrossoperationalteams. Cross-FunctionalCollaboration PartnerwithManufacturing,SupplyChain,andProductDevelopmenttoensurequalityrequirementsareintegratedintooperationalprocesses. EducationandExperience: Bachelor'sdegreeinsciences,cosmetics,orrelatedfieldrequired. Minimum6yearsofexperienceinQualityAssuranceorQualitySystems. ExperienceworkinginGMP,ISO,orregulatedmanufacturingenvironments. Experiencesupportingregulatoryorcertificationauditspreferred. ASQCertificationorLeadAuditorCertificationisoftenaplus. Skills/Competencies/DesiredBehaviors: Extensiveknowledgeofapplicablegovernmentregulations. StrongknowledgeofQualityManagementSystemsandregulatorycompliance. ExperiencemanagingCAPA,deviations,andinvestigations. Excellentdocumentationandtechnicalwritingskills. Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingabilities. Abilitytoworkcross-functionallyanddrivecomplianceinitiatives. Abilitytoprioritizeandtohandlemultipleprojectssimultaneously.
