Job Summary CommonSpirit Memorial Medical Group is offering an outstanding opportunity for a Urology Nurse Practitioner to join an established outpatient team in Chattanooga, TN. Position Responsibilities Obtain medical histories when necessary Perform physical exams (within established protocol) Diagnose, treat and monitor chronic diseases (within protocol guidelines) Order diagnostic tests Prescribe or recommend medications for treatment (within protocol guidelines) Assist providers with clinic procedures and consults as necessary Maintain patient's privacy and confidentiality Make follow-up calls to check patient progress Consult with doctor regarding patient symptoms to assure proper diagnosis and plan of treatment Benefits Full benefits eligibility, including 401(k), Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and more Relocation, CME & professional related expenses reimbursement Malpractice coverage provided Flexible scheduling Office hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM Excellent Paid Time off Tennessee is an income tax free state Requirements Master's degree in nursing or Graduate of a Physician Assistant training Program 1-3 years previous experience in acute care or primary care setting or Equivalent RN experience Certified Nurse Practitioner, Certificate of fitness through American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Licensed as an RN in the state of TN, and Licensed as a CRNP in state of TN, required, or State PA License required AHA BLS required Pay Range $100,381 - $142,833 /year #J-18808-Ljbffr
