We're looking for driven, self-motivated individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives. Whether you're an experienced sales professional or looking to transition into a high-income opportunity, we provide the training, tools, and resources to help you succeed.

Exclusive Incentives for Top Performers:

• Sign-On Bonus Up to $10,000 paid over 10 weeks + Training Pay Included, based on experience and performance. OR
• Salary Match Option Up to $125K paid over 10 weeks, ensuring financial stability while you ramp up (eligibility required).
• Uncapped Earning Potential Top performers earn six figures.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll:

• Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the insurance claims process.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage, providing accurate estimates.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and satisfied customers.
• Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals.
• Represent TEC's commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.

What we're looking for:

• A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
• Willingness to learnno prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
• Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we'll train you on everything you need to know).
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Eligibility for incentives requires 2+ years at your current job and $70K+ annual earnings.

*This is a 100% commission-based role. Earnings are performance-driven, with top performers exceeding the upper end of the range. The salary range provided reflects potential earnings based on individual sales success.
