Job Purpose:
The Registered Nurse at Parentis Home Health is responsible for providing high-quality patient care through comprehensive assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care within a home environment. The role requires collaboration with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes and adherence to established medical protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve desired health outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless service delivery.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures to promote wellness and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Education:
- Bachelors degree in Nursing

Required Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a home healthcare setting.
