We're looking for a Service Center Manager to lead our facility with the same energy and precision that keeps our teams safe, our processes lean, and our numbers strong. As Service Center Manager, safety is your top priority, both in upholding current standards and building new ones. You'll be a vital, visible presence on the floor, coaching employees on safe work practices and setting the tone for a facility that takes accountability seriously. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates with clarity and confidence at every level of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Championing safety: Drive a safe working environment for all employees, ensure full compliance with OGEP and corporate safety programs, and partner closely with local Safety Coordinators to meet facility safety goals and mandates. Leading continuous improvement: Serve as the driver for Lean Manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kanban, Visual Factory, inventory control), building a culture where process improvement is everyone's responsibility. Managing cost & efficiency : Oversee and control materials, inventory, labor/overtime, and supply costs to keep the facility running lean and profitable. Owning financial performance : Understand, set, meet, and exceed yearly sales goals and budgets, profit margins, inventory turns, product needs, and production planning. Delivering results customers can count on : Achieve best-in-market lead times, quality control, and OTIF/CSI performance benchmarks.
