ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Registered Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Carter Nicholson - State Farm Agent , you’ll step into a financial services opportunity with something many professionals spend years trying to build: An established book of business with existing customer relationships ready to be worked. You are not starting from zero. Our agency already serves an established customer base, creating immediate opportunities to have meaningful financial conversations, uncover additional needs, deepen relationships, and help customers work toward their financial goals. We provide the opportunity and customer base. You bring the drive, discipline, and ability to turn those opportunities into results. We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven professional who wants to build a successful career in financial services. You should enjoy working with people, setting and exceeding goals, and helping customers make smart decisions about their financial future. WHAT YOU’LL DO

Proactively work our existing book of business to identify financial services opportunities. Build deeper relationships with customers who already do business with our agency. Conduct financial needs conversations to uncover goals, concerns, and opportunities. Educate customers on investment and financial products and recommend appropriate solutions. Develop and consistently work a strong pipeline of opportunities. Follow up with customers and turn conversations into long‑term relationships. Generate additional opportunities through referrals and relationship building. Stay knowledgeable about financial products, markets, and industry developments. Maintain accurate customer documentation and follow applicable compliance and regulatory standards.
