Responsibilities as a BCBA include: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessments Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programs Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progress Coach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessions Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teams Monitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with families A Hybrid Schedule That Gives You Flexibility Your week is designed to provide both flexibility and collaboration. Qualifications We're looking for a BCBA who is passionate about helping children and families succeed. Total Compensation Potential: Up to $121,600 annually A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 per year.
