About the Role:

Bio-Green Solutions Inc is looking for a dependable and hardworking Full-Time Day Porter to join our team in Charlotte, NC! Responsibilities:

• Perform routine daytime janitorial and porter duties throughout assigned facility
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, restrooms, lobbies, and hallways
• Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
• Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners throughout the building
• Respond promptly to spills, messes, and cleaning requests from building staff or management
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces on a regular schedule
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors

Requirements:

• Prior experience in janitorial, porter, or custodial services preferred
• Ability to work full-time daytime hours consistently and reliably
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30–50 lbs throughout the shift
• Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
