Senior Information Security Analyst

Salary: $100,000 - 140,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a high school diploma or GED.
• We require experience operating in secure environments and meeting sponsor or similarly stringent security standards.
• We require experience handling sensitive PII and maintaining precise records in a protected facility.
• We require experience working across large teams to support a security-focused agenda and manage access for varied personnel.
• We require proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel, as well as communication platforms for status updates and daily inventory tracking.
• We require a DoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification such as Security+ or SSCP, or the ability to obtain it.
• We require the ability to work flexible shifts between 7:00 AM ET and 5:00 PM ET.
• We require an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• We prefer prior leadership or supervisory experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical security setting.
• We prefer strong troubleshooting skills for isolating complex technical issues and access inconsistencies.
• We prefer a self-directed professional with excellent interpersonal skills who can collaborate across teams and help drive organizational change.

• We support a dedicated team at a government site by processing DEERS PII updates and issuing CACs, tokens, and Retired Military IDs.
• We manage identity, access, and credentialing concerns while delivering high-level assistance in a customer service environment.
• We resolve ServiceNow and JIRA cases promptly to remove technical access and credentialing barriers.
• We contribute to project milestones and team goals through collaborative technical support.
• We provide technical input for deliverables, status reporting, and solutions to complex security challenges.
• We perform routine troubleshooting to identify and fix customer issues related to PKI and system access.
• We handle sensitive documentation and complete required tasks and actions accurately within a mission-critical setting.
