This company designs and manufactures precision components that support hydrogen fueling infrastructure, helping advance the future of zero-emission transportation. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills Manufacture precision components to blueprint specifications Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T Select tooling and fixtures for each job Perform first article and in-process inspections Use precision measuring equipment including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Troubleshoot machining issues and make program or offset adjustments as needed Maintain quality standards and a safe, organized work area Job Requirements Qualifications 5+ years of CNC machining experience Experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Experience with first article inspections and tight-tolerance machining Proficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools Experience with Haas, Mori Seiki, Doosan, Brother, Fanuc, or similar CNC equipment Mastercam or CAM programming experience is a plus Aerospace, precision manufacturing, or industrial machining experience preferred Compensation & Benefits $32.00 to $45.00 per hour , depending on experience First shift Comprehensive benefits package Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off If you're looking for a long-term opportunity where your machining skills will support next-generation energy technology, we'd love to connect #J-18808-Ljbffr Stefanini, Inc
