Vision insurance Job Details We are seeking a Managing Attorney to lead a small Scottsdale satellite office focused on creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and default servicing matters. Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day operations for a small satellite office
- Oversee creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, foreclosure, and related default servicing matters
- Supervise attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
- Handle contested matters, hearings, client communication, and case strategy
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, court requirements, and internal procedures
- Support growth, workflow management, and performance standards for the office
- Active Arizona bar license in good standing
- Prior creditors’ rights, foreclosure, bankruptcy, or default servicing experience
- Experience managing attorneys, paralegals, or legal support staff
- Strong litigation, client communication, and case management skills
- Ability to lead a small office with autonomy, accountability, and professionalism
