Receptionist

We are looking for a highly organized professional to join our team as the primary point of contact for our busy Crawfordville office. In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will be the "air traffic controller" of our operations, ensuring our clients feel valued and our logistics run like clockwork.

We need a teammate who possesses high-level administrative capabilities and a natural gift for people. This position requires someone who can navigate a high-volume desk with poise—whether that means managing a stack of rental contracts or engaging a waiting customer with top-tier service while our sales team finishes a technical consultation.

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and phone callers with a professional, high-energy demeanor.
• Calmly handle frustrated contractors or buyers
• Maintain an accurate database of customer contact info
• Manage appointments, reservations, and pickups
