Job Description:

Provide nursing care for patients in the Telemetry unit, focusing on surgical, neuro, orthopedic, and general medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

Interpret and sign tele strips once per shift.
Manage patients with diagnoses including COVID, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, TIA, and CVA.
Care for surgical patients, including those undergoing orthopedic and spinal procedures.

Requirements:

Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
Experience reading tele strips and caring for surgical and neuro patients.
Familiarity with the Cerner charting system recommended.
