Building Services Specialist II $19.00/hour | Credit given for experience Full-time Day shift, 7:00am-3:30pm. Wednesday-Sunday, Weekends required. What You'll Do: Perform basic electrical repairs (GFI, outlets, switches, troubleshooting) Complete basic plumbing repairs (faucets, toilets, drains, troubleshooting) Maintain and repair HVAC systems (filters, thermostats, belts) Conduct minor drywall repairs Perform basic carpentry work (door fitting and replacement) Handle garbage and linen runs as needed Carry out all Maintenance Level I functions Maintain a safe and productive work environment Respond to resident concerns promptly and communicate issues to supervisor Assist with special projects and assignments as directed What You'll Need: High school diploma or equivalent (required) Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR (required) Minimum of five years experience in building maintenance with an emphasis on carpentry, painting, electrical wiring and plumbing (required) Knowledge of heating and cooling systems Must have the ability to anticipate and/or troubleshoot problems Must have general knowledge of simple equipment used in the building trades Must have the ability to perform the physical demands of the role Benefits Available to You: Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match Life/AD&D Insurance Short- & Long-Term Disability Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Mail Order Pharmacy Telemedicine Wellness Programs Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
