Field Coordinator We’re looking to hire a Travel Construction Coordinator . Our Travel Construction Coordinators ensure that all documentation, correspondence and reporting is completed in an efficient manner to assist the Operations Management in tracking project needs and requirements. They travel regularly through assigned areas. Wage: $24-30 per hour, based on experience Job Type: Full-time Paid on-the-job technical and professional growth opportunities Established career path for future advancement 401k and Roth 401(k) retirement savings plans Life & Disability Insurance plans Financial wellness program Employee assistance program Employee discount programs Plan, prepare, collect, organize and maintain project documentation Ensure that correspondence is properly distributed among team members Create and maintain daily and material reports Coordinate the day-to-day activities of active construction projects, in consultation with Project Management Track equipment usage and track as needed Ensure as-built drawings are provided and filed Prepare job specific manuals, testing requirements, all related project materials, and collect all compliance documents for closeout Assist operations management with various field duties Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and independently when necessary Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Key Qualifications: High school Diploma or equivalent Effective time management, planning, and organizational skills Strong communications and interpersonal skills Must hold a valid Driver’s License Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check Must be able to stand or walk for long periods with repeated lifting (Up to 50 lbs.), kneeling, crawling, climbing and reaching Posting Date: This role is accepting applications unt il 12/30/25 This position is subject to the Federal Department of Transportation (DOT) drug & alcohol testing regulations as outlined in 49 CFR Part 382 and/or 49 CFR Part 199.
