About the Role This role performs administrative tasks and provides administrative support to the Safety Manager for (RBRE) in a professional and confidential manner. The role oversees Team Member DOT compliance requirements with a strong focus on Safety, Compliance, and administrative duties. It plays a critical part in creating a smooth and welcoming experience for all team members while ensuring processes remain compliant, accurate, and efficient for all. Key Responsibilities Maintain confidentiality of team members and company information. Maintain, monitor, and track driver’s license, medical credential records, etc. Work alongside Claims Administrator and Driver Trainer. Participate in New Hire Orientation completing Safety Sensitive documents. Coordinate uniform and boot orders for new and existing team members. Track data for other safety focused programs as required. Support implementation of safety programs across the workforce. Track meeting attendance. Track monthly and quarterly safety bonuses. Provide back-up for HR Clerk as needed. Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Experience in Safety administration Experience handling confidential and sensitive employee information Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to track and manage employee statuses and document expiration dates Effective written and verbal communication skills Valid driver’s license and safe driving record is required. High school and/or GED equivalent is required. Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
