Philanthropy Officer

The Philanthropy Officer is responsible for managing a balanced portfolio of donors to solicit major and annual gifts, collaborating with ministry staff, board volunteers, and the Executive Director Foundation/Ministry CPO. This role involves nurturing mid-range donor relationships through personal interactions and written correspondence, contributing to the fund development process. • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years of development experience with successful results soliciting

individual major gifts, preferably for a not-for-profit organization. Preferred qualifications: * 1 year of development experience in the healthcare field. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
