Position Overview : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our cleaning staff, ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. As a Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client satisfaction by communicating effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking staff members.

With the flexibility to work in the West Columbus, Hilliard, Dublin, and Upper Arlington area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and support as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness standards are met and maintained.
• Train new cleaning staff members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate replenishment as necessary.
• Communicate with clients and respond to their inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all staff members.
• Prepare and submit reports on cleaning activities, staff performance, and any incidents or issues that arise.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, respect, and excellence.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning or janitorial industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and products.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
