Come use your skills and your skis with us!Line Cook Job Responsibilities:Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods to specified recipes and standards.Maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage.Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.Cooks and prepares food to the standards of Noahs and does so consistentlyShows up to work, on time, in uniform, and ready to help the team succeedAble to take initiative and show ability to do a task to completionPerforms job with minimal coaching or managingLine Cook Qualifications/Skills:Basic written and verbal communication skillsOrganizational skillsAccuracy and speed in executing tasksAbility to work as a team memberFollows directions and instructionsWill receive and maintain an Idaho Food Handlers CardEducation and Experience Requirements:High school diploma or GED preferredOne to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook preferredExperience with various cooking methods and proceduresFamiliar with industry best practices Silver Mountain Resort
