Vancouver Pointe is looking for a Dishwasher to join our team. Our Independent Living communtity supplies 3 fabulous meals a day, seven days a week to our residents.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. The Dishwasher will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment in a timely and efficient manner. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Load, run, and unload dishwashing machine
- Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Dispose of trash and recycling
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning and maintenance tasks
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to the appropriate staff

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a dishwasher is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop, and reach
