Location 9521 San Mateo NE Albuquerque, NM 87113-2237 Compensation Minimum Offer $77,563.20 | Maximum Offer $118,393.60 Job Title Sr. Employee Relations Representative Summary Resolve complex employee relations issues, lead investigations, and guide leaders to ensure compliance and a fair, safe workplace. Full time, Exempt, based at Reverend Hugh Cooper Administrative Center, Days shift, United States. Responsibilities Develop recommendations and deliver HR tools, products, and services, and provide coaching to management in collaboration with HR Business Partners. Perform assessments or investigations and provide analysis, recommendations, and support in implementing agreed‑upon resolutions. Prepare organization responses to government agencies and assist in preparation and implementation of affirmative action plans. Coordinate the HR response to workplace violence situations, partnering with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment through interventions, training, and initiatives. Coordinate and communicate effectively with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and AskHR to deliver tools, products, and services. Provide the full range of HR tools, products, advice, services, and solutions in resolving complex employee relations, HR, or management issues, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge and compliance with law, regulations, and policies. Lead or manage assessments or investigations, analyze results, develop recommendations, and work closely with management to implement appropriate resolutions; lead and perform investigations, documentation, and reporting on compliance hotline complaints. May provide a full range of HR services for assigned business units, including labor relations, employee satisfaction and engagement, and management development; may conduct training programs. Function as HR liaison to workplace violence response team to coordinate responses, investigations, interventions, precautions, training, and recommendations across the enterprise. Communicate effectively with key HR stakeholders, collaborating with HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise, and ASKHR Solution Center to ensure effective delivery of HR tools, products, and services. Prepare the organization’s responses to government agencies such as EEOC, DOL, and HRD. Assist in the preparation and implementation of enterprise‑wide affirmative action plans and may participate in analysis and delivery of strategic HR services. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field required. Minimum of 5 years of Employee Relations experience; PHR preferred. Demonstrate advanced multi‑disciplinary knowledge of HR principles and best practices. Experience collaborating and solving problems effectively. Understand business strategic plans and operational objectives, aligning problem solving with business priorities. Advanced skills in innovation and change management. Excellent negotiation and facilitation skills required. Ability and willingness to travel regularly across New Mexico to support on‑site teams and hospital leadership.
