Product Support Engineer, LC/MS

Agilent seeks a Product Support Engineer to provide tier-3 technical support for diagnostic and laboratory software products, including Lab Advisor, Lab Assist, and QTOF Diagnostics. The role involves collaborating with R&D teams, developing software features, and delivering technical training to support teams and external customers.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-3 technical support for diagnostic software products to internal and external customers
- Develop and implement software features and defect resolutions
- Collaborate with R&D engineers to establish product requirements and review coding
- Debug, validate, and test diagnostic software elements
- Deliver technical training to field service and remote support engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 8+ years relevant experience, or 5+ years with advanced degree
- Experience with analytical scientific instruments, LC and/or MS
- Software engineering expertise in C/C++, RTOS, and concurrent programming
- Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages
- Knowledge of web server technology and REST APIs
- Ability to travel 20-25% domestically and internationally
Compensation: $163,008-$254,700/yr plus bonus, stock, and benefits
