Senior Business Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Business Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Regulatory Change Management (RCM) Connectivity Testing & Data Mapping Support team.

What's the Job?

• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for RCM connectivity initiatives across integrated systems.
• Author and manage detailed UAT test scripts based on Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs).
• Coordinate testing execution, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of testing milestones.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Technology, and RCM Operations teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Support data management initiatives by cleansing, analyzing, and reconciling Compliance data to improve accuracy and consistency.

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 7 years of experience leading UAT activities within the banking industry, especially in Reg Change Management, Risk, and Compliance platforms.
• Proven expertise in authoring UAT test scripts, deriving test cases from BRDs/FRDs, and managing end-to-end UAT execution.
• Experience supporting system integrations and connectivity testing across multiple platforms, including middleware like Databricks.
• Strong knowledge of System Integration Testing (SIT), Functional Testing, and Regression Testing processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
