This facility operates as a Level 1 Trauma Center providing comprehensive surgical and anesthesia services across multiple specialties. The anesthesia department functions under a medical direction model and maintains organized perioperative protocols designed to support quality patient care delivery. Locum tenens CRNA coverage is sought to address current staffing needs within the Anesthesia Department.

Eastern Tennessee offers access to a range of natural and recreational attractions suited to diverse interests. Notable destinations include Great Smoky Mountains National Park, which features hiking trails, mountain and river views, and scenic landscapes, as well as Dollywood, Ruby Falls, Tuckaleechee Caverns, and Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies. Additional points of interest include Ancient Lore Village and Wilderness at the Smokies, providing clinicians on assignment with varied options for exploration throughout the region.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a medical direction model during day shifts at an operating room facility in Tennessee. Scheduling options include 5x10 or 4x10 shifts with a flexible day off, or weekend coverage Friday through Monday. The surgical case mix includes General, Orthopedic, ENT, Neurological, OB/GYN, and healthy pediatric cases; cardiac cases are not included in this assignment. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for all clinicians in this role.
