Histotechnologist

Under the direct supervision of licensed personnel, the Histotechnician will precisely and accurately perform a variety of routine and specialized histology techniques and procedures. Work schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm. Key Responsibilities Process human tissue and body fluid specimens in preparation for microscopic examination. Perform technical duties related to the production of histopathology specimens. Execute complex histological clinical laboratory procedures on patient specimens under the direction of the lead or senior technologist. Qualifications & Skills Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strong telephone, written, and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a busy, fast‑paced laboratory setting. Licensed or certified in histology (credential requirements to be confirmed upon application). Eligible for a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for qualified external applicants. Compensation $25.00–$40.00 hourly, depending on employer and experience.
