Leasing & Community Relations Specialist

Royal American

Royal American Companies seeks a Leasing Consultant for the College Park/Askew Place property in Memphis, TN. You will create a welcoming environment, support advertising campaigns, and handle leasing tasks from outreach to move-in.

Strong attendance, communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with residents are essential. Experience with property management and HUD/affordable housing knowledge is valued, and proficiency with One Site software is preferred.
