Your Impact As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Depending on your experience level (Tech 1 - Tech 5), you'll: Tech 1: Assist senior technicians with preventative maintenance and general labor tasks. Learn departmental production processes and perform basic troubleshooting. Tech 2: Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs with moderate supervision. Follow predetermined guidelines and instructions. Tech 3: Manage improvements and group activities with minimal supervision. Perform moderately complex troubleshooting and repairs. Mentor lower-level technicians. Tech 4: Lead complex projects and resolve complex technical issues independently. Act as a liaison between departments and communicate with vendors. Train lower level technicians. Tech 5: Plan, lead, and evaluate complex projects. Develop and implement training plans for lower-level technicians. Communicate with vendors, customers, and prioritize departmental work. What You'll Bring Tech 1: 1+ year of technical experience. Ability to learn repair and troubleshooting fundamentals. Tech 2: 2+ years of technical experience. Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshooting. Tech 3: 3+ years of technical experience. Ability to handle moderately complex repairs and troubleshooting. Tech 4: 4+ years technical experience. Ability to handle complex technical repairs and troubleshooting. Tech 5: 8+ years technical experience. Expert level troubleshooting and repair skills. Leadership and project management abilities. A 2-year degree is equivalent to 1 year of experience, and a 4-year degree is equivalent to 2 years of experience.
