Lead Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)Location: New Lexington, OHJob Type: Full-Time & Part-TimeSetting: Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care / Post-Acute CarePosition Summary:We are seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide clinical leadership and operational support for pulmonary care programs across skilled nursing facilities. This role focuses on improving respiratory outcomes, supporting clinical teams, and driving quality initiatives within the post-acute care environment.Responsibilities:Provide clinical leadership and support for pulmonary programs across multiple facilities.Conduct respiratory therapy audits, including documentation and compliance reviews.Develop and enhance pulmonary care programs and quality initiatives.Monitor clinical outcomes, hospitalizations, ADLs, and program metrics.Train and mentor Pulmonary Program Coordinators (PPCs)Conduct onboarding and education for new team members.Lead weekly PPC meetings to review goals and performance.Maintain accurate pulmonary dashboards, PDPM documentation, and program data.Support CMS compliance and continuous quality improvement initiatives.Collaborate with facility leadership and operational teams.Qualifications:Required:Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)Active Ohio Respiratory Therapist LicenseStrong communication, organizational, and leadership skillsAbility to support multiple skilled nursing facilitiesPreferred:3-5+ years of respiratory therapy experienceSkilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experienceExperience with pulmonary programs, clinical audits, staff education, or quality improvementKnowledge of pulmonary rehabilitation, respiratory modalities, PDPM, and CMS standardsCompensation: Based on respiratory therapy experience and skilled nursing/long-term care experienceBenefits: All the standard benefits are covered.
