- An active Virginia bar license. Required.
- An active DC bar license, or the ability to waive in. Required.
- 8 or more years of civil litigation defense, including insurance defense clients.
- A JD and a record of running cases from suit to settlement or trial on your own.

I'm recruiting for a national civil defense firm that's growing its Washington, DC office. Multiple offices statewide plus DC, and lawyers who've appeared in courts in over 35 states and territories. A litigator who can stand up on both sides of the Potomac is exactly what they need in DC.
The work
- General liability, personal injury, product liability and professional liability.
- Clients from Fortune 100 companies to small business owners and individuals.
- Your own motions, memoranda, depositions and trial prep.
The package
- $175,000 to $200,000.
- Hybrid, with flexible schedules.
