Seeking a full-time Psychiatrist to join our outpatient behavioral health team across multiple locations in Pennsylvania. This role offers a flexible work schedule with competitive compensation up to $300,000 annually (DOE) and opportunities for telepsychiatry. The Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric care for patients of all ages, participating in clinical oversight and team collaboration to deliver high-quality, ethical, patient-centered services.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care and clinical oversight
• Review assessments and treatment plans
• Offer clinical consultation, supervision, and staff education
• Participate in treatment-team and management meetings
• Provide consultations in-person, by phone, or virtually
• Complete electronic health-record documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with program requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania MD/DO Psychiatrist license
• Active DEA registration
• Licensed to provide psychiatric care for all ages
• Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care
• Ability to travel between service locations
• Required background clearances including PA State Police, PA Child Abuse, FBI, and Mandated Reporter
