Why join us Competitive compensation + bonus opportunities Great work/life balance 14 days PTO + 7 paid holidays starting out Full benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision + 401(k) match Strong mentorship environment – open to new grads Growth opportunities as the organization continues expanding Supportive leadership and team‑oriented culture Job Details Key Responsibilities Provide hands‑on patient care under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Implement treatment plans including therapeutic exercises, stretching, and modalities Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Educate patients and families on exercises, recovery plans, and injury prevention Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR) Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive patient experience Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards Qualifications Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Active Georgia PTA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) 1+ year of experience in an outpatient or orthopedic setting preferred (new grads welcome) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment Passion for patient care and rehabilitation Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
