About the Role: This is an opportunity for a BCBA to provide high-quality behavior analytic services while taking meaningful ownership of clinical care and collaborating with a supportive team of clinicians and technicians. You will conduct behavior assessments, analyze data, develop and supervise treatment programs and provide guidance to families and direct-care team members. The role emphasizes assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices designed to promote client engagement, autonomy, independence and meaningful outcomes. The position offers flexibility, manageable caseloads and remote or hybrid work opportunities, allowing you to maintain a sustainable balance while remaining focused on clinical care. Key Responsibilities: Conduct behavior assessments and analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions. Develop and supervise treatment programs incorporating assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices. Promote client engagement, autonomy and meaningful outcomes through individualized care. Provide parent training and ongoing case supervision. Supervise and train BTs/RBTs using behavior skills training to support treatment integrity. Coordinate with community stakeholders to promote continuity of care for families receiving services. Ensure timely delivery of behavior analytic services in alignment with treatment recommendations. Required Qualifications

: Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential. Experience conducting behavior assessments, analyzing data and developing behavior-analytic treatment. Ability to provide parent training and case supervision. Experience supervising and training BTs/RBTs. Commitment to assent-based, ethical and trauma-informed practices. Strong collaboration and communication skills when working with families, clinicians, technicians and community stakeholders.
