Sales Representative — Commission Only (1099 Contract) AviOneX Digital Co. helps local service businesses — HVAC, dental, law, auto repair, and construction — stop losing leads that hit their website and disappear. We build the AI-powered systems that capture and convert those visitors into booked appointments. Now we need someone who can do the same thing for us: find the businesses that need this, get in front of the owner, and book the meeting. What you'll actually be doing Building your own prospect list within our target verticals in the Kent/Tacoma/Seattle corridor Training material will be provided from inception to close Cold calling and walking into local businesses — this is not an inbound or warm-lead role Setting appointments for our founder to run the close (you're booking meetings, not closing contracts) Logging every contact and outcome in our CRM Working leads through to a scheduled, confirmed appointment — no-shows don't count Compensation 100% commission, paid per booked-and-completed appointment that converts to a signed client, plus an additional bonus structure tied to deal value. No base pay. No cap. Pay will be very competitive at 35% Monthly for as long as the client stays on.
