PAY:
Hourly Pay: $25.25/hr on W2
Housing Stipend: $1,100 weekly
Meals: $741 weekly
Weekly Gross: $2,750 weekly for 36 hours

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Position - RN-Med Surg/Tele
Location - 133 Old Road to 9 Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742
Duration - 13 weeks contract
Day Shift - 7 am to 7:30 pm (12X3 shift) // 36 hours weekly
Weekend REQ: Yes - every other weekend, every other holiday
Meditech experience preferred
Floating possible to similar units

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide direct nursing care to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions requiring cardiac monitoring
Perform comprehensive patient assessments and continuously monitor cardiac rhythms via telemetry
Interpret EKG/telemetry data and promptly report abnormalities or arrhythmias
Administer medications, IV therapies, and cardiac drips as prescribed
Manage patients with conditions such as CHF, MI, arrhythmias, COPD, and post-operative complications
Monitor vital signs, oxygenation, and hemodynamic status, responding to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Provide patient and family education on cardiac conditions, medications, and lifestyle modifications
Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
Maintain compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols
Respond to emergencies, including rapid response and code situations

REQUIREMENT:
At least 3 years MedSurg Tele experience - Required

Travel experience required
MA RN License
BLS

Tele test given on first day of orientation.
