TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Ortho RN in Aurora, Colorado, 80012!

Job Title: Travel RN - Orthopedic Surgery Profession: RN Specialty: Orthopedic Surgery Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital setting License: Valid RN license Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and Chemo Certification preferred Description: This is a travel RN position focused on orthopedic and spine care. The unit has a total of 345 beds and has achieved 3-time Magnet designation. The staffing includes day and night shift RNs and CNAs. The patient-to-nurse ratios are approximately 1:5, with variations between units. The unit utilizes various equipment and operates on the Meditech EMR system. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-year current acute care Med/Surg/Ortho hospital experience. Flexibility and a willingness to float to different units are essential. Teamwork and compassion are highly valued on this unit. This position offers a great opportunity to care for patients with various acute and chronic medical issues. Candidates with the preferred certifications will be prioritized during the selection process. Unit policies may vary slightly, but a family-oriented environment is promoted, where teamwork is key.
