Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative - COBRA Administration include but are not limited to:

• Perform clerical duties including data entry, document processing, file maintenance, and records management.

• Manage team inventory and process COBRA rate renewals with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Answer incoming member phone calls, resolve inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service during peak enrollment periods.

• Prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining workflow efficiency and supporting team operations in a fast-paced office environment.

Candidates for the Customer Service Representative - COBRA Administration position must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Previous customer service, administrative, clerical, or call center experience.

• Strong data entry, organizational, and time management skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Pay Details: $14.80 per hour
