Dental Office Operations Manager Trainee: Lead & Grow

PDS Health

PDS Health is seeking an Operations Manager Trainee in Kent, WA to learn and independently run a financially viable dental office. You will complete the OM Development Program with support from your supervisor, aiming to manage a dental office within 4–6 months. The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and adherence to company policies while driving revenue and managing expenses.
