Bilingual Health Access Navigator — Treatment Connections
San Francisco AIDS Foundation
San Francisco AIDS Foundation is seeking a Health Access Treatment Connections Navigator to improve health outcomes for people who use drugs. This role will provide treatment connections, syringe access, overdose prevention education, and linkage to care. Collaboration with internal and external programs is essential. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience and must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
