Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Support clients with medication management, mobility assistance, and other daily needs

• Develop strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional care and a high level of satisfaction

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided, including progress notes and medication records

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
