We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team at our Morristown, NJ location. As a Respiratory Therapist with Allaire, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy services to patients, including oxygen administration, ventilator management, and aerosol therapy
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement respiratory therapy interventions
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and communication
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient treatment and care

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field
• 1+ years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
• Must be certified as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
