Audit Senior Associate - Architecture, Engineering & Construction

A well-established CPA and advisory firm is seeking an Audit Senior Associate to join its Architecture, Engineering & Construction practice. This individual will lead audit fieldwork, support client relationships, and supervise junior team members. Responsibilities: Plan and execute financial statement audits for AEC clients. Test financial statements, internal controls, and transactional data. Address industry-specific areas such as revenue recognition, contract accounting, and percentage-of-completion accounting. Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients. Supervise and review the work of junior staff. Manage engagement timelines and budgets. Identify opportunities to improve audit processes. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 3+ years of public accounting audit experience. AEC or construction industry experience preferred. CPA or progress toward CPA licensure strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and auditing standards.
