Job Description E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Hybrid - New York City Salary: $80,000-$85,000 plus bonus, based on experience level. Position Overview Our client, a CPG brand, is seeking an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to help expand its digital revenue and strengthen customer engagement. This role will oversee online merchandising, direct-to-consumer campaign activity, lifecycle marketing, and performance analysis across key digital channels. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day e-commerce merchandising, including product detail pages, site content, promotional updates, and digital storefront presentation. Develop and manage the direct-to-consumer promotional calendar, coordinating campaign execution, results reporting, and ongoing optimization. Support CRM and retention initiatives, including email marketing, customer segmentation, audience development, and lifecycle communications. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, creative partners, agencies, and technology vendors to launch digital programs on schedule. Analyze website, campaign, CRM, and sales data to identify opportunities for improved conversion, engagement, and revenue performance. Assist with demand forecasting, inventory coordination, competitive monitoring, and leadership reporting. Qualifications Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, CRM, direct-to-consumer, or consumer brand management. Working knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, web analytics platforms, reporting tools, and customer service systems. Understanding of online merchandising, email marketing, promotional strategy, customer segmentation, and conversion-rate optimization.
