2nd Shift Warehouse Associate

CoWorx is seeking dependable and hardworking 2nd Shift Warehouse Associates to join our team in Mundelein, IL. Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Schedule Requirement: Must be available to work occasional Saturdays as needed. This position is responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and moving battery products throughout the warehouse. Candidates must be comfortable working with batteries and team lifting up to 150lbs. Compensation and Benefits: $21.50 per hour. Full-time position. Overtime opportunities may be available.

Responsibilities: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently. Load, unload, and move battery products throughout the warehouse. Safely lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 150 lbs, with assistance or equipment when appropriate. Prepare shipments and verify product quantities and accuracy. Receive incoming inventory and stock materials in designated locations. Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records. Operate warehouse equipment and pallet jacks as required. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies. Assist with additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills: Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, picking, packing, or material handling experience preferred. Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 150 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Ability to lift, push, pull, and move materials weighing up to 150 lbs utilizing team lift. Stand and walk for extended periods. Perform repetitive movements including bending, reaching, and twisting. Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures. Steel-toed footwear is required. Must be available to work 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Must be available for occasional Saturday shifts as business needs require.
