- Collaborate with parents and staff to support each child's development and learning goals.
- Maintain a safe and organized classroom that reflects Montessori principles.
- Facilitate hands-on learning experiences that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Engage in continuous professional development to enhance teaching practices.
- Montessori certification and experience working with primary-aged children.
- Strong understanding of Montessori principles and educational philosophy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching and commitment to student success.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and families.
- Background check and references required.
