Palm Health Resources is hiring 2 Cardiothoracic APP locum providers to cover CT Surgery shifts in Fond du Lac, WI! Starting date: ASAP. Palm Health covers malpractice insurance, paid housing, rental car, and mileage. Duration of contract: ongoing at least 2 weeks per month but varies. This is a full continuum of care position with OR/ICU responsibilities. Number of shifts needed per month: Two Thursday/Friday/Sat/Sun per month (specific requests listed below). Daily schedule: Weekday 8‑hr shift, Saturday 4‑hr rounding. On call: On weekdays and through weekend – low call intensity. Case mix: 75% cardiac, 20% lung/chest, minimal vascular and trauma.
